PAJARA MARANCIO

Today the animal shelter is a modern and comfortable one-bedroom flat (sleeps three). A bedroom with a standard double bed in a characteristic truncated cone room with light, ventilation and a mosquito net under the central area where there was once the Chianca*. The main entrance is in the living room where there is a cooking area and a single bed. There is also a comfortable bathroom with a shower carved into the stone wall. The residence has a porch outside with table, chairs and two chaise lounges. There is also an outdoor shower area.

COMMON AREAS
The three structures are completely independent and well equipped, but common areas are also available so that our guests can strike up new friendships or consolidate the old ones. We offer our guests the chance to have lunch or dinner together outdoor in the garden, under the shadow of a pergola where they can enjoy the two tuff barbecues: one for fish and one for meat. The residence has also wide natural terraces used as relaxing areas. The tower has been converted into a library with a wonderful sea view. There is also a communal washing machine in a dedicated area and an adjacent carpark at the Feudo entrance for easy accessibility to the residence.

CHECK- IN/ CHECK-OUT
The residences are provided with mini-key safes and combination lock which enable a more flexible arrival and departure time for the guests, which during set hours (5-8 pm) our guests would normally be accompanied by our friendly and welcoming staff.
