PAJARA BRACCHIO

Today the peasant’s house is a two-bedroom flat (sleeps five). A double room with a standard bed in the truncated cone room, with light, ventilation and mosquito net, under the central area where there was the central chianca*. The second double room has a king size bed and a single bed/cot placed in the “Liama” with barrel vault here the light and ventilation come from the little window, with mosquito net, placed on the top of the wall. The living room has a cooking area. The bathroom has a shower area. The residence has an outside porch equipped with a table, chairs and chaise lounges. A dedicated outdoor shower is available.

COMMON AREAS
The three buildings are completely independent and well equipped, there are also several communal areas to enhance our guests stay where you can strike up new friendships or consolidate old ones. There is the possibility for guests to have lunch or dinner outdoors together in the garden, under an arbore. There are two barbeque areas one for meat and one for fish. The residence has wide natural terraces, areas dedicated to relaxation and the tower has been converted into a library with a wonderful sea view. There is also a communal washing machine in a dedicated area and an adjacent carpark at the Feudo entrance for easy accessibility to the residence.

CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT
The residences are provided with mini-key safes and combination lock which enable a more flexible arrival and departure time for the guests, which during set hours (5-8 pm) would normally be accompanied by our friendly and welcoming staff.
